Holy shit children. Either I need to start updating more or I need to get a new name and start updating more, what do you think?
Anyway, today's news. My dog is being put down. Other than that, I think I am going swimming again in the nasty reservoir and hopefully eating more icecream.
had a dentist appointment today also, no problems, but my mouth is sore
oh and.
i need to but ezsupporter soon, or someone can do it for me. Now that I think about it, I won't have a credit card to use. hmm. :(

I saw Sin City last night.
It was pretty blazing if you ask me.
I also wal-mart karaoked for the 3rd week in a row, and me and bj were REQUESTED to sing Burning Down the House!!!
Alsoooo I saw Closer - I didn't hear a lot of the dialogue, which seemed vital, but it was pretty good from what I got from it. jude looks REALLY different in that movie. his eyes are smaller or something, but he's still hot.
Clive Owen is amazing in Sin City and Closer. It's so great because I didn't even have to see Closer to know that I would love him. I heard a few people talking about him on the internet and how great he was and developed some kind of fascination. I'm a loser, but seriously, he's an amazing actor.
I watched Cruel Intentions this morning. I forgot how much I loved that movie, and I also forgot about how some of the lines in the movie are a little weird. Not the content - but the delivery. Needless to say, I still love it.
ANYWHO.

okay. I just wrote this large entry about my hot desktop background, and livejournal didn't post it, so yea, it's lost and BOO Because i actually updated my journal. wtf.
ANYWHO
it was about my desktop background and how it resembles my life, there are culottes, a reminder to tape something on tv, godzilla, a nuclear power plant, me in a pylon, a promo shot thing, a dream i had with brad pitt as an airplane and my friend natalie named mitch and a baseball player playing a fake guitar, derek jeter and a few other things
what does it represent? how i love tv, movies, disaster, music, hot guys, success, baseball/sports except when i play them, and a few other things.

I really LOVE ER.
That was one of the best newer episodes I have seen And by newer, i mean like past season 7. This is season 7 - Homecoming where Carter comes back after rehab. It was an excellent episode. Greene and Corday had poison ivy, hilarious, Carter acts as an idiot on the plane. During a highschool football game there's a fight and some other issues. It was just a very dramatic episode. I loved it. anyway, the next episode, i'm watching it.
carter is at an AA meeting.
ahahah he looks so out of place. i love it. LMFAO and ABBY is there. go figure. i really love this show okay.
and how about i hated abby for a while. i'm starting to like her more and more
oh and when dr. greene dies, i'm not watching the reruns again until he's back. and yea, romano sucks.
dr. dave isn't as annoying as i thought, and of course, benton is the coolest dr in the world. Oh yea, Christmas is tomorrow. I'm not excited for it at all and i think it'll be stupid. I don't want to go anywhere. I don't want to open any presents. There are just too many lttle stupid things pissing me off that I just want to stay in my room and ignore everyone else because if I go downstairs, I will just be very pissy. But this is typical for every christmas, so i should just get over it like usual
i am really fucking tired of my sister and my mom. My sister is the grossest and dirtiest little kid in the world. It's so nasty and I cna't take it. I don't even use the bathroom I normally use anymroe because of her. Everytime she uses it, she pisses all over the seat and if she's taking a shit, there's shit all over the seat and sometimes on the floor. i can't take it and I don't understand it. She never washes her hands and she was unwrapping hershey kisses for christmas cookies that I have to make.
I'm not making those cookies anymore because thats just fucking gross. I have ot go to walmart tonight so I'll just buy NORMAL hershey kisses there and unwrap them myself with clean hands. My mom bought regular m&ms and dark chocolate hershey kisses. I don't want m&m cookies for christmas if they aren't christmas colored nes. Tha'ts just stupid. dark chocolate? Yea, I know about 5 people that actually like dark chocolate and will eat the cookies. I dont' understand why she can't just let me do everything with the cookies. This is all too stressful for my last Christmas at home except for possibly coming home next year hen i'm in college. I really dont' want to come home. If there's somewhere else I can go for Christmas starting next year be sure that I'll do it.

I like writing my own reviews, so here we go.
When the movie starts, we are led to Pharoah, Ptolmey, played by Hopkins. I didn't really know what was going on at first, but when I realized it, I thought, well this is neat. Hopkins is great, he truly is. The beginning sucked. It dragged and I was in one of those - blah i'm going to fall asleep during this one, aren't I? (I didn't end up falling asleep) Soon after we are taken to the beatiful Olympias, Jolie, who is wonderful. The accents in the movie are a little curious, but we don't truly know what they sounded like back then, do we? I thought she was fantastic. The makeup jobs were nice, even though her youth did show quite a bit. In this scene she is with Alexander. It was a very important scene and I loved it. Jolie 'shined' I guess you could say. Young Alexander was very good too. He looked like Farrell, so it fit well. We meet Philip soon, and the whole situation between Philip and Olympias was messed up, just as I have read.
The scenes with Alexander and his friends/being taught by Aristotle were all very nice. Sometimes things seemed out of place, but I'm not a movie maker, I don't know how else they could have done it. I have ideas, but they probably wouldn't have worked. Philip, introduced as a drunk asshole, is just that at times, but with Alexander, he is very fatherly. The scene with the horse, Bucephalus, was beautiful. The relationship between Alexander and Philip was nice to see and seeing Alexander meet his companion was just cool. The movie skips around a little because they don't show Philip's death until the end and after Alexader has been king for a long time.
The timing in the movie isn't the best, but it works. Alexander in his adulthood is phenomenal. Colin Farrell is an amazing actor and can do any role he is given - i'm convinced. He pulled off Alexander very well. It's just amazing to see how this man that you hear about in tabloids and on celebrity news and gossip as being a drunk, 'slutty', Irish boy and you see him turn into whatever he is in his movies. That shows talent, and he's got it.
The battle scenes are a little confusing at times. They're interesting to watch, but i've seen better battle scenes, but maybe that's how the battles were then- maybe they were confusing. I don't know, but that's how I looked at it. One thing is that there weren't definite - oh we win this battle, we lose this battle - parts until you see Alexander and co in the city they conquered.
Homosexuality is shown throughout the movie. I take it like this - that was life then - homosexuality was never really accepted fully in history, but it never seemed to be as big of a problem as it is now. Throughout history you can read about homosexuals, but that's all you read - that they were homosexuals.
The only bad thing about that and the movie is that the relationship between Alexander and Hephaestion seemed to be only that - a homosexual one, but that's not entirely how it was. Leto was awesome as Hephaestion, btw.
The Roxane situation was gross, and I think it took away from Alexander's character. It was interesting, and again I don't have a problem with it, but that seems to have been Rosario Dawson's only purpose in this movie - to show her tits. The battle in India is portrayed completely different in the movie compared to the trailer. The effects they used in that scene were TOO MUCH. They killed slow mo and the use of colors. I think less color and less slow mo would have brought the same effect they were going for. The scene almost made it seem like all of Alexander's crew was dying. It was odd.
I thought the end of the movie was also a little shakey. Great acting done by Leto and Farrell in Leto's death scene, though.
Overall - I'm usually one to watch movies and pick out the bad acting right away and criticize it. I don't know if I'm just a bad observer, but I didn't find bad acting in this movie. Everyone was fantastic. Oliver Stone I think is the one to blame the movie's flaws on. I personally like this movie, despite its few bad parts. I could watch it again and I might see it in the theater again. I hav emore to say, but I'd rather just shut up.
I think each person has to see this movie and decide for themselevs if it's good or bad, like most movies. I've been reading a lot of "this movie sucks, but it's so much better than Troy" comments and I agree it's better than Troy. I think the acting was better in Alexander than Troy, but I also liked Troy. I will be honest, I went to see it because of Orlando/Brad and of course the fact that I like the whole story of Helen of Troy. I think Troy flowed better than Alexander, but everything else was better - except maybe the fight scenes. The fight scenes in Troy were just awesome. I think both movies are going to become completely underrated.
I'm not saying they're the best, but I think people take movies for granted and go to the movies expecting the best movie in the world because of how many great movies we've seen lately. Also, people need to start going to the movies again for entertainment. In so many reviews of Alexander I read about people complaining about the story. Why can't they just go enjoy a movie? That's what I did. That
s what I do for movies with already told stories.

Bleh. We got report cards today. I got on Honor Roll, which almost sucks because yea, I usually get High Honor Roll.
I actually got an A+ in band though. That made me happy because it's been a while since I have gotten an A+ in band. I usually get an A. thank God so many of our classes in my school are weighted.

2:29 am - Time to over analyze something that not many care about.

So this year with the Yankees.. THe year started and I didn't like the idea of the pitching staff. It was okay, but when the season started, it became evident that there would be a big problem without Pettite, Clemens and Wells. Sure, Moose and Mo were still there and the Duke came back, but they're no Roger Clemens on a good day.
Anyway, this year was an interesting year for the Yankees. They obviously spent a lot of freaking money on players when it might not have been worth it. A-rod was a good buy, but it's his first year, so being a clutch player shouldn't be expected. He was adjusting. Gary Sheffield=MVP, but again, new Yankee.
Jeter... oh Jeter. that slump really killed the beginning of the year. Everyone went through their slumps, and it's funny because Posada didn't have his slump till the end, kinda. ANYWHO. The year sucked. THey had their worst lost in franchise history, and they made history by being the team that the Red Sox beat when come back from a 3-0 ALCS score and they end up going to the World Series.
It was an embarassing year. During this game I TRIED to be a Boston fan just because I was so angry, but it didn't work because when I was trying this, all of a sudden Jeter got that RBI single. Superstitions aside, they sucked. With how they ended up playing in the end of the year though, there was NO reason for them to lose this Red Sox series. NO REASON. Now before going into the series, I didn't expect them to win, but with those first three games, they showed that they could beat them.
The problem? I think it's the pitching. Gordon, Quantrill and MO ran the bullpen. They were played too much and it showed in the post-season. If they were in better condition, we'd be good. If Duke wasn't feeling tired and Kevin Brown hadn't broken his hand, causing rustiness, we could have won. Moose I think pulled through in the end. He had an interesting year, but in the post season, I can't be mad at his performance. There was just so much confusion in pitching at the beginning of the year. I wonder how this year would have turned out if we didn't get Loaiza and still had Contreras. At least Contreras won a game or two. Loaiza proved to be useless except the one game he pitched in in the Red Sox series. He impressed me there and I was kinda angry that he never 'showed his stuff' before.
Beltran. Do they want him? George probably does. He's a great player and a crazy offensive player. I think he could be good. Some don't, but we'll see.
This is how I look at it. The main focus should be getting a starting pitching rotation. Don't get older guys like Brown and people who WERE good but aren't anymore, aka Loaiza and possibly Vazquez. I don't have a problem with Vazquez though because he was good at the beginning of the year and he obviously got tired, but that's not the point. We need good young pitchers. Jorge is good. He just needs to not have the slumps he has all the time and stop GIDP. First base will be changed and if it isn't, I will not be able to watch games next year. I'll go insane, you know? Giambi. I love him to death, BUT he's getting older and with that sickness this year, things just did'nt go well. I think he could be a decent DH because thats what he does, and he could be a backup first baseman. Second base- - there needs to be someone else. Cairo could be a backup or even the second baseman and then just another one in case something happens. He's good and is good in weird times. I like him
Arod and Jeter won't leave. I KNOW George will be convinced that they need to stay. All honesty, I'm not ready for Jeter to be moved from shortstop or move from the Yankees for another couple years. He's the freakin captain and that team looks up to him even though a lot of them are older than him. Arod is definitely highly looked upon, so he has to stay. That's the way the Yankees go sometimes. Matsui - great offensive player - he gets better defensively every year, and it's cool. I think that's it.
Oh, and I love Mel, but we need a new pitching coach perhaps. This team is almost going to be revamped.
OKAYWOOH time to sleep.
oh and GO ASTROS. I want the astros to win because of Clemens, BUT, I think St. Louis should win. I was thinking earlier how they should have all teams in each league play the teams in that league an even amount of times and then just take the top team or two and have a series between them instead of this wildcard crap. I don't like it.
So, today's game. The Red Sox deserved it. No doubt at all. The Yankees choked, and when you choke that bad, you don't deserve success. The Sox worked hard this year, and it's paid off. I still don't want them to win the World Series, but they deserve to go. It's been since what like 86 since they've gone? I hope they don't win because they're the Red Sox and just because 1918 - important.
I keep watching ESPN and all of this "What happened to the Yankees?" crap is making me sad. oh god, jawelgkjawlegawlengwle
Johnny Damon is awesome. I really love him. I can't take baseball season ending.

So when I turned 16 or somewhere around there, I got a car as an early graduation present from my mom. Basically it hasn't been a present for me at all. It's been like a gift to my older brother. I'm getting really pissed about this.
So when I get my permit all is good and it's "kinda my car". Then my sister has some money problems and someone takes her car so she has no car. It was a weird situation. She wasn't able to pay some kind of bill or something. I hate the government sometimes. Anyway, so she had to take my car for several months. That pissed me off, but I got over it. SO. Sometime before or after the drama with my sister having my car, my brother needs it because his car is fucked up. Now, he has two cars and they both don't work and he didn't really make much of an effort at all to get them fixed. Everyone was on my side about being angry about this except for my mom. She did the whole "well he doesn't have money! blah blah he has school balh blah." I don't care if I didn't have my license, it was a present to me, and everyone else was using my present before I could. My brother could have gotten like a part time job or something, but he didn't. It just pisses me off.
It's like getting a Christmas present or birthday present and you get to open it, but then a sibling or friend takes it from you and plays with it before you do. It just sucks. It was a used car as it is, but with it being my first car, it seemed pretty damn new and cool to me.
So for the past year, it's been on and off my brother using my car. This summer the car was mine because he wasn't home for the summer, but when he came back for school, it was his again. I got my license earlier this year in April, and between then and now, I have probably driven around 20 times.
That may be a lie because I did drive a bit over the summer, but it still wasn't too excesive. Anyway, when he got back he used the money he made over the summer to get the car fixed. I didn't get my car back until the end of September, and I didn't get it back. Why? Because he had to take it again because there was still something wrong with his. around 7 o'clock last night we went to get his car again with my little sister who has to be in bed by 8:30. We got it and I was all planning on taking my car to school this week or next week. WELL, guess what. I can't. We have to take his car back in tonight. I'm just tired of it. It doesn't seem like a big deal reading this now, but there have been more than 2 instances where I think i'm getting it but I don't.
Anyway, I really don't want to go in again tonight. I have a baseball game to watch and this just isn't worth my time because he'll get the car sometime within the next two weeks and thn it'll go back in. My mom should just give him the car.
I think she's realized that this hasnt' been a graduation present, so she's getting me a computer for college. I would have to get one for college anyway, so it still sucks. It's nice that she offered to pay for it, but someone was going to have to in the long run, because my computer hasn't been starting up right for the past couple of days. I have no clue what's wrong, and I am no longer motivated to fix that piece of shit because it's not going to be a permanent fix.
well then. I'm going to go.
Yankees, I really hope you win tonight! I'm not trying to jinx, i'm just showing my confidence in home-field advantage.

So, I'm addicted to monopoly online, offline, anytime. It's scary.
School sucks. Nat's missed 7 days so far. I've missed one. Baseball postseason starts soon. The Yankees are in it too, :-d awesome! I think it's great that they lose the next two games after they clinched the AL East Division. It's hilarious.
I had this picture in my mind of FV flying to school with nomie hanging from my legs and natalie riding on my back. Vampires are cool. SMG is on the cover of EW. Homecoming was this past weekend and I didn't go because I had better things to do. Dances aren't worth my money.
I miss the LJ. OMG. I can't wait for HP to come out on DVD as well as Troy, Buffy season 7 and LOTR:EE. AND I would like Star Wars now. Yes I am a loser.
p.s. i need a windows 98 disk to fix my computer. It's fucked up right now.

The Yankees suck. They aren't going to make the playoffs. Brown is a moron. The offense is even worse. The pitchers suck for the most part except Hernandez. If they would make the playoffs, someone will kick their asses the first game they play.
BUT. It's entertaining to see how badly their doing. For a while I thought to myself, wellll, they COULD come back and it'll be the biggest comeback ever. Now I know that won't happen. hahahaha Mussina pitched 7 good innings and the offense just seemed to say 'fuck you we aren't going to get you a win.' Oh well. It's just baseball.Stupid freaking baseball.
This week of school hlas made me very tired. The days were hella long and I have to write 2 papers this weekend and some stupid shit for english.
OMG. I can't wait for the election this year. It's going to be hilarious because I don't think the country is going to be in good hands, no matter who wins. Nader should win. Enough politics.
HOW ABOUT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN TROY COMES OUT ON DVD. BUT I can't find it anywhere. I haven't looked real hard but there should be a release date out!

So I dropped 2 classes that could potentially be very important to my future in college, one way more than the other, but either way, I dropped them and picked up BAND, spanish and journalism, i think.
HOW GREAT IS THAT?
Anyway I am taking this too seriously. It's high school. While the classes could help me in college, I just need to get over it. I'll be missing out and all that but whatever. I already regret dropping physics, and I will the whole year because it'll probably be fun.
Okay. If I stop thinking about it, then I'll be fine, BUT I have two papers to write this weekend which sucks. The first week of school and I got papers. Luckily, one of them is in AP calculus, and after this I doubt we'll have anymore. THe other is for history, which I know we'll have to write more.
Oh, the Yankees... Yea, biggest lost in their history last night 22-0. I don't want to be saying this in this post because it's a game that should be ignored, but on the better outlook, after getting their asses royaly kicked? Yea, might do very well this month and get rid of the Red Sox getting so close in the division.
Secretly I don't think they have a chance at all to win the World Series. The Cardinals seem too good this season, but I'll still root for the yankees.
Miko is the cutest little asshole in the world. My hand has scratches all over it, but that's what you get when you have a kitten. It's awesome again. Olt, but my dog Shelby is on the verge of death these days. We have to basically pick her up to get her to be able to walk anywhere and we're switching her drugs. We're switching her from one very addictive drug to another, so it has to be a very gradual easing into the others. I feel so bad for her because it just doesn't make sense to me why this has to to happen to her. whatever though.
I have to read and 'respond' to some history shit. It's fun reading about immigration problems in Europe. It sucks though because in a few weeks we'll be back to the history 200 years ago or more, which is interesting, but not like the present.
It's official... I really don't think i'll take the AP tests this year. They're too expensive and I doubt i'll do good.

School was stupid and pointless today. I'm not as tired as I thought I was going to be and I am going to be some little 7th grader's mentor. It's going to be awesome. My schedule goes something like this:
1st - cp english 12
2nd - study hall monday, tuesday, thursday, physics lab wednesday and friday
3rd - physics
4th - ap calc
5th - study hall
6th - lunch WOOH
7th - ap euro history
8th - families today living today.
9th - physiology
okay. english was okay. I don't want to have a study hall opposite physics lab. Physics seemed okay but I want to drop it and take architecture and spanish 4. AP Calc is going to be a nightmare, but I'll get over it. Study hall 5th period NEEDS to go. Lunch is great, history is something I might have to drop. It's too much for me right now and as much as I love history, I don't know if i'll be able to succeed in that class. Families today living today is required so I have to get over that and physiology should be fun.
I don't want to drop physics but I want to take spanish and I would like to be able to take concert band 8th period. yes everyone I might join band again. HOW GREAT. Honestly it would be hilarious if I did join it.
okay, here ends the anual 1st day of school post that almost everyone does unless they're smart. All I can say is I can't wait for college so I can get out of this place. I figure if the college wants me to take physics that's fine with me. I'll get over it. Physiology/anatomy is just going to be hilarious and fun, but it won't help me with my future. Taking AP European history is stupid because it won't help me. I don't plan on being a history major, but I really like European history. I just need advice right now. lol My schedule sucks because the only class I can't and will not change is calculus. As for the others, I don't care.
Now. I have no idea when my brother is going to get his engine for his car but I can't wait so I can get a parking permit for school and all that happy crap so I can drive to school and forget about the bus.
Yea, okay must go read for school classes that I might drop and then sleep. I might not read it if I definitely decide to drop the classes. My mom thinks I should drop physics. She said that she only took calculus and that was fine when she went to college for a couple of years. I don't know!
p.s. - i need to make a completely obnoxious layout!

I don't really care either. It's just a waste of sleeping that I could be doing. That's how I look at it. I'll be a senior and that's just wonderful I guess. One more year in this miserable building.
I was looking at my schedule and I realized that spanish four definitely isn't on my schedule. That really bothers me so i'm going to have to tear my schedule apart just to get spanish on there. I might HAVE to drop physics to get spanish on my schedul. I think it's worth it.

I went shopping today with nat and noel. I didn't buy much except stupid school supplies and clothes. BUT Noel got some interesting things. a three inch wide watch, that cardboard cutout of Legolas, really hot obnoxious clothes, and some other shit I think.
She got me a harry potter pin that says i speak parsel tongue. Okay, enough of LJ, time to read for school.

I would like a really obnoxious colorful layout. Yes, that sounds interesting.
I'm tired of this name on lj. I have fatassvampire or whatever, which hasn't been updated in centuries, but I never got into that one. I have a hard time moving from one sn to another even on AIM. I've finally almost given up fireflyglowy and moved on to TheFatAssVampire, but it's not exactly appropriate to give out to certain people, aka my family. My cousins would understand, but their parents wouldn't.
Lee is back from his internship and will be back from Canada Wednesday, which mean, BYE BYE CAR!
Oooh ooh ooh. I read old journal entries the other day, this is a REMINDER: NEVER READ OLD JOURNAL ENTRIES.
It makes me really hate myself, and that comes to annoy me. Michael Phelps... When the Olympics started I made fun of him kinda too my cousin, basically saying he was ugly, blah blah blah. Now I see a different side and I don't know why. He has a nice body but it's almost scary. I've almost moved out of an Orlando phase. I still think he's beautiful but I'm not really obsessed anymore. I don't really have an obsession with anyone/anything anymore. I can't even say I'm obsessed with Harry Potter anymore, but I know that as soon as I reread a book I'll love it just as much.
I think the third movie turned me away from Harry Potter, but i'm really excited for the fourth movie. I don't see how it can be bad. The cast is amazing and the dircter isn't Cuaron. I love Cuaron, but I think he ruined the third movie, which many disagree with me about.
I still have to read a book for summer homework for Ap European history, which I would love to drop, along with physics and physiology. Physics is a class that everyone should take just because it's a supposedly something that you should take before going to college, but I have no desire to take it. I don't exactly plan on going into a field dealing with anything physics related. At least I don't plan to do that now.
I now have a week until scbool starts also. This is becoming the anual realization of school starting post. I dont' want to go into my senior year. Usually people are excited for that, but my schedule bothers ma and i'm not going to be comfortable with it at all. I don't like it. I'm going to be taking an AP class with a bunch of morons and that' complete truth. I would love to skip senior year and go straight to college. I"m looking forward to being on my own and starting to create a life for myself instead of going through this thing that is known as highschool which is necessary and annoying to go through.
SOOOOO I'm going to listen to the LOTR:ROTK soundtrack, talk to people on the internet, go into chats and annoy people and continue to think about how dumb this journal entry probably is.

man i really do hate this show when it's aired on tbs! it just makes things as messed up and quick as they really are.
i mean, within the same week, the episode where pacey and joey have sex and the episode where they break up occur.
It's just great and messed up. Pacey and joey are awesome together, so thinking that they end up together in the end is enough for me to actually go through with watching this show every day.
Dude, and the episodes today just made me hate Joey. She constantly lies in the show, and while Dawson and Pacey lie too, Joey really is in her own little world, and it makes me wonder if Joey should have ended up with either one of them in the end.
BUT, by tomorrow I'll like Joey again and hopefully stop talking about this show. Ah, season 3 came out today :( and i don't have it, season 2 or 1.
I'll get them eventually though.
This summer is going by super fast. They always do and it seems that as the years go on, they get faster, which sucks because here I am wasting time writing an extremely stupid 'not me' type journal entry on the internet that i'll probably forget about in 10 years. I still don't have a job, i'm taking this stupid driving class in which i have to write a RAP for the final project before it ends this week.. Then i'll probably be going on a fishing trip with my grandparents in July, which will be fun, but I can't help but feel like i'm wasting my summer in going. If i don't go, my grandparents are going to be hesitant in going and they're going to have to find someone else to go with them because they're getting to the age where they would like to have someone younger than them to be around and help them. Now i'm not miss athlete or miss in shape person, but I can at least help them with things they can't do.I had a great time last year, but that week seemed to go on forever and then when i got home, the summer was gone, and i went on that trip in June.
AND, i think i'll be going to New York with bj to drop him off at Columbia. stupid smart person. It'll be interesting. 'Road trips' are interesting and the only part of it that i'm worried about is the drive back because let's face it, me, my aunt and cousin's aunt. It'll be very interesting. No entertainment from my cousin, so i'll probably just sleep.
Ooooh. The All-Star game is coming up VERY soon. The voting ends tomorrow too. I've voted quite a bit, and I think every time i've voted, i've changed my votes around a little bit. It's obvious that Vladimir Guerrero is going to get in the outfield with Manny Ramirez, but I would like to see Hideki Matsui in the other spot (for starting positions, that is). Gary Sheffield just isn't impressing me as much lately.
As for first base... i don't know if Giambi should get it or not. I voted for him a couple of times.Hopefully his next couple of games go well and he gets back into his 'groove'. As for second base, Alfonso Soriano has had my vote the whole time, and I'd rather see Derek Jeter at shortstop than Nomar Garciaparra. Nomar just got back into baseball this month, so maybe the All-Star game isn't something he should get into. Plus, Jeter has had a great month, and hopefully the rest of the year will go just as well for him as it did this month. Third base in the AL is obvious. A-Rod has to be at the All-Star game for it to be an All-Star game. Now I don't praise him as much as some people do for being the 'best player in the MLB', but he's definitely adjusted well from shortstop to third base. Honestly with catcher, i don't care if Posada gets it or not. I think Rodriguez should probably be in that spot. A whole team of Yankees would be interesting, and something I'd like since i'm a fan, but it would be weird. As for the NL, i don't have much to say because the people in the leading positions are ones I agree with.
I just hope i'm going to be home to watch the game on tv. Okay. Time to go.

i have to take this driving class. it's like a safety ed class. Of course i'm only taking it because it lowers insurance, but it definitely sucks.
anywho. i really hate driving. no reason why, i just hate it.
AND i'm watching bridget jones' diary, which is quite interesting. i dont' remember what i was going to say in this entry except that once again i haven't posted in a while, so here's my post.
EW. and my electricity was out for 2 days, which sucked even though i was only home for one of the days.
okay. back to the TV.
